As a Travel Consultant you will be on site full-time at a Flight Centre retail store, working a rotating 7‑day roster. You will manage the complete customer journey, converting enquiries into bookings and meeting KPIs.
What You Will Be Doing
Convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations.
Work towards individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale.
Sell complete travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers, and travel insurance.
Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers – from domestic trips to complex international holidays.
