We are looking for a Flavorist to join our team and support the Flavors business in Tlalnepantla. Flavorist will need to have solid experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies for the company’s products. Works closely with several other departments, including Applications Labs and Sales. Will be responsible for managing projects with account managers for Flavors BU’s to drive matching Savory flavors. 

What you’ll do:
- Knowledge of the regulations, FDA, CODEX, FEMA, European Community and Mexican standards, both for additives as a finished product.
- Knowledge and application of sensory evaluation methods.
- Management of staff on specific projects.
- Good communication skills with internal and external customers
