+ Maintain detailed records of all fixed assets imported under IMMEX, including acquisition, location, movement, and disposal. + Ensure proper documentation for asset registration, transfers between facilities, and disposals in accordance with IMMEX and customs regulations. + Reconcile fixed asset records with customs documentation and IMMEX reports. + Conduct periodic physical audits of fixed assets and resolve discrepancies. + Support internal and external audits by providing asset-related information and documentation. + Assist the IMMEX Coordinator in preparing asset-related reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía. + Monitor regulatory changes affecting asset management under IMMEX and update procedures as needed. + Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.
