We are a growing premium leather fashion brand seeking an experienced Fit Technician / Technical Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone highly detail-oriented, passionate about garment construction and fit, and experienced in outerwear or structured sportswear development.

You will collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure all samples meet our quality, fit, and construction standards from development through production readiness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fit sessions and provide detailed fit evaluations and corrections
• Measure and review samples, identifying fit and quality issues and recommending solutions
• Communicate fit comments and technical corrections to manufacturers
