This role is ideal for an experienced Chef, Sous Chef, or kitchen leader ready to take ownership of day-to‑day kitchen operations in our new market restaurant, managing and supporting our line cook and prep cook team members to deliver consistently high‑quality food in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. You’ll set the pace for service, uphold food safety standards, and help build a kitchen culture rooted in teamwork, accountability, and pride in great seafood.
