Shifts

• Monday to Friday (Possible Saturday)
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Possible extension to 4:30 PM)

General Labourers will support daily production operations within a fish processing plant. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment requiring attention to safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Experience in fish processing or food manufacturing is preferred but not required — training will be provided.
Key ResponsibilitiesDuties may include, but are not limited to:

• Handling and sorting raw fish products
• Trimming, cutting, filleting, and cleaning fish
• Weighing, grading, and packaging seafood products
• Operating basic processing equipment and tools
