Wild West Steelhead is a Canadian aquaculture operation, and is one of Canada's largest steelhead producers. Wild West Steelhead is located at Box 190 211-1st Avenue North Lucky Lake in Saskatchewan. Wild West Steelhead is currently looking for 3 full-time Fish Farm Workers (Processors) to start employment as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Assist processing technicians in the operation of the fish farm
• Participate on the automated filleting line, including manual trimming, pin-boning and vacuum packaging of fillets.
• Participate at assigned work stations on the dressed processing line.
• Feed aquaculture stocks, vaccinate stocks, perform culling and marking or banding techniques and report any observed irregularities in stocks
• Operate, maintain and clean processing equipment and other aquaculture equipment
• Keep daily records of inventory data and fish samples
• Grade and weigh aquaculture stocks
