Job Description
Process work orders related to life safety systems, including replenishment of AED pads, safety eye wash solution, replacement of safety lighting, etc.
In charge of distribution and delivery of life safety system items.
Complete daily check‑ins at properties.
Ensure compliance with Toronto Fire safety regulations, keeping doors closed, removing debris from egresses, ensuring emergency exit signs function, doors close properly, and all door alarms are operational.
Verify units are in compliance with fire safety prior to new tenancy.
Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills when dealing with internal and external personnel.
