About the Opportunity
Financial Governance & Reporting
Oversee the accounting operations of the CDN and U.S. subsidiary, including internal controls, transaction processing, payroll, and federal and state tax compliance.
Manage accounting and financial reporting, the related entity that owns the company’s building.
Lead the consolidation of financial statements across company and its U.S. subsidiary.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain strong internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.
