About This Opportunity

Elevate your career as a Financial and HR Coordinator, where you will engage in transaction processing and human resources administration. This role involves diverse responsibilities, from bank reconciliations to payroll management.

This position requires an individual with a background in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills, proficiently navigate Microsoft Office, and possess a solid understanding of Woodlands Cree culture. Previous experience with First Nations communities is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Conduct accurate and timely bank reconciliations
• Generate detailed financial reports and variance analyses
• Support onboarding and recruitment initiatives
• Administer benefits claims and payroll adjustments
