Key Responsibilities
Support valuation engagements and contribute to client deliverables.
Prepare business valuations for tax planning, financial reporting, general financial planning, and transaction advisory purposes.
Assist in preparing valuations of financial instruments including stocks, bonds, derivatives, employee stock options, senior debt, and other complex securities.
Develop and build tailored financial models to inform business plans and transactions.
Participate in discussions and meetings with company management.
Analyze company and industry-specific strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to determine cash‑flow risks.
