Under the supervision of the Plant Controller/Finance Manager, the candidate will analyze the main financial variances (inventory, cycle counts, Budget/plan vs actuals, Monthly FCST vs Budget, vs Actuals). They are the official backup for the Controller/Finance Manager and are responsible for the general supervision of the social security and payroll process at BU level for the Mexican legal entity (includes two business units).
