Delbridge is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accounting & Operations Manager to own the full accounting cycle across multiple lines of business and overseas branches. This role is responsible for monthly consolidated financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, and the day-to-day financial operations that keep the business running. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple entities, meeting tight close deadlines, and working independently across the full accounting function.

Key Responsibilities

·      Prepare monthly financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, and supporting schedules) for multiple lines of business

·      Prepare consolidated financial reporting across domestic and overseas branches

·      Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of accounting clerks and coordinators
