Nature & Scope of the Job:
- Ensure that DHL is excellent in financial and accounting control. Pro-actively cost fluctuation analysis, develop, and implement guidelines, policies and procedures that will ensure DHL remains the leader in compliance.
- Responsible for the effective operation of the internal control framework, which includes governance, compliance, environment, society, and accounting issues.
- Support internal and external audit process.
- Support month-end closing and resolve ad-hoc issues, including the monthly Profit & Loss statement reforecast, operating cash flow reforecast, and CAPEX forecastand support on Monthly Lao accounting record monitoring, Tax declaration (VAT, CIT).
- Support annual budget; annual tax book and tax assessment.
- Support on Data analysis and trend/forecast reporting and working on Fixed asset management and coordinate with procurement team.
