About This Opportunity

Join McMillan as a Finance Systems Administrator in Toronto with a hybrid work model. Contribute your technical expertise to maintain financial applications and provide comprehensive user support.
In this pivotal role, you will report to the Director of Financial Systems, Planning & Analysis. You’ll leverage technical and analytical skills to implement system enhancements and maintain operational stability. Collaborating with Finance, IT, and EPMO groups, you will also engage with third-party vendors to ensure optimal performance of financial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on enhancing existing financial systems
• Support the 3E Cloud implementation project
• Manage financial applications through maintenance and upgrades
• Troubleshoot issues with legal applications like Elite 3E
• Conduct regression and integration testing for developments
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of technical experience
