About the Opportunity Team Management and Development:
Oversee a team of six; 3 direct and 3 indirect reports.
Train and organize the on-shore and off-shore finance teams supporting the segment.
Provide financial training to team and Business unit leaders, strengthening financial literacy across the organization.
Responsible for providing mentorship and guidance to direct reports and overseeing the goal setting and performance reviews for the entire finance team.
Focus on developing a dedicated team capable of moving the department forward considering a fast-paced environment.
