The Finance Manager will support Advisor Distribution & National Accounts teams by leading business case development, financial modeling, and strategic analyses to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
Lead business case development for strategic projects.
Provide financial models, sensitivity analyses, and executive briefings.
Collaborate with Advisor Sales and other stakeholders on wholesaling strategy.
Maintain complex financial models and interpret distribution structure.
Deliver presentations to senior management including President, CFO, and Executive Team.
Support market, industry, and competitive research.
Coordinate cross‑functional finance support (Accounting, Tax, Analytics, Reporting).
Lead business planning and forecasting, budgeting, and KPI development.
Present business cases to executive committee for review.
