**Primary Function: Under the direction of the North American Cost Management Director, the Finance Manager is responsible for leading the company's financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities to support strategic decision-making.
This role oversees the development and maintenance of financial models, coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, and analysis of financial performance to guide the financial strategy and operations of the company.
