About This Opportunity

Drive financial excellence as the Finance & Accounting Manager for an Ottawa-based organization. This hybrid position supports both remote engagements and in-office collaboration.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee accounting operations, including payroll and all accounts receivable and payable functions. You will also manage the monthly closing processes and support the audit with high accuracy. Candidates should have strong accounting skills and preferably a CPA qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily accounting functions and payroll management
• Execute bank and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee monthly close processes and coordinating accruals
• Enhance internal accounting controls and procedures
• Collaborate with external accountants for audits
Requirements:
• Preferred CPA designation; necessary accounting diploma
• 5–7 years of finance and accounting experience
