You’ll own the full Canada P&L, keep our statutory and tax house in order, and be a trusted financial partner to the Country Director and Leadership Team as they plan, campaign, and grow.
Responsibilities
Own the Canada P&L end-to-end, including monthly reporting, variance analysis and KPI tracking.
Manage the full budgeting and forecasting cycle in close partnership with functional leads.
Handle all statutory, tax and compliance obligations (T3010s, T4s, GST, regulatory audits and more).
Support the Country Director and Senior Leadership Team with financial modelling and strategic analysis.
Oversee the full partnerships accounting process, from contracts and invoicing through to receipting.
Keep internal controls tight and flag risks before they become problems.
