Execute comprehensive user acceptance testing for new AR/invoicing system
Develop and document test cases and scenarios
Identify, track, and resolve system defects and issues
Validate data accuracy and system functionality against business requirements
Coordinate with IT and vendor teams on testing cycles
Bill Validation & Processing
Review and validate invoicing accuracy and completeness
Perform detailed reconciliation between old and new systems
