As a Finance Administrator, you will report directly to the Executive Director, ensuring BRSI maintains its financial integrity while supporting adults with intellectual disabilities. Your expertise in accounting will cover day-to-day banking operations, fund transfers, and financial analysis compliant with GAAP. You will contribute to budgeting and help refine our financial controls to ensure effective resource management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day accounting and banking operations • Prepare financial statements compliant with GAAP • Maintain and reconcile client trust accounts • Provide financial reporting support and variance analysis • Complete remittances and prepare audit documentation Requirements: • Diploma/degree in Accounting or Business Administration
