Overview TEKsystems is hiring a Field/Desktop Support Technician to support a large enterprise IT environment across a central office location and nearby facilities in the Madison area. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with a stable and established support team, with some contractors staying in similar roles for many years. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop troubleshooting experience, excellent customer service skills, and experience supporting enterprise Windows environments. Location Madison, WI This is a fully onsite role with occasional local travel to nearby facilities. Schedule Flexibility Candidates can choose from several schedule options:
+ 4x10 schedule (Fridays off)
+ Standard 5x8 schedule
+ 9-hour biweekly flex schedule with one Friday off every two weeks
Compensation & Travel
+ $28/hr
+ Mileage reimbursement when traveling between facilities
