The role of this individual carries an understanding of agricultural equipment; is intimately familiar with how the equipment is operated; and has a strong appreciation of the customer’s needs and expectations.

The Field Technical Manager will be the eyes and ears in the field whose primary function is to identify, investigate and report on product quality and emerging product reliability issues. This will include being the in-field technical representative focused on assisting dealers with product issue resolution.
