About This Opportunity

Are you a hands-on problem solver who thrives in the field? Join ID Technology Canada, a ProMach company, as a Field Service Technician based in Surrey, BC. This position requires regular travel to customer sites across Western Canada and the U.S., offering flexibility and autonomy while being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do

  • Install, demonstrate, maintain and repair marking, coding and labeling equipment
  • Train customer operators and maintenance personnel
  • Troubleshoot mechanical/electro-mechanical system
  • Assess customer needs and recommend solutions to optimize their processes
  • Share and exchange solutions with other service technicians and sales managers
  • Keep current on all company products by attending training sessions (onsite/offsite)
  • Support administrative or remote technical tasks when not in the field
