Field Service Technician
Responsibilities
Conducts and controls service activities as assigned to ensure timely customer support and safety while meeting productivity and utilization goals.
Communicates effectively with central scheduling, management, other departments, and customers.
Functions as the equipment service technician, advising EPE service management and/or engineering of any problems or situations with current or modified equipment designs.
Provides learning experiences for both customer and EPE plant personnel on machine operation.
Learns and grows skill sets and competencies to meet business and personal development goals.
Meets corporate and team objectives related to antitrust compliance, information protection, EEO, safety, quality, ethical behavior, and learning.
