Field Service Technician - HPM & Ultrasound - MEX
Job Description
As a field service technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of Philips Healthcare equipment, focusing particularly on
Hospital patient monitoring (HPM) and Ultrasound systems.
You will mainly work at CDMX, but you may also travel to other cities in México.
Your role:
Perform service activities, including periodic preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, fault detection, upgrades and installations, in accordance with Philips quality standards.
Ensure the integrity of service reports, paying particular attention to test and inspection results.
Submit service reports, worksheets and other administrative tasks accurately and on time, including handling the signing of service reports by the customer.
Act as a liaison between Philips and customers, handling administrative and technical issues.
