Job Description
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations throughout the Guadalajara zone
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak performance
Respond promptly to service calls and emergency requests, prioritizing issues based on severity
Document all service activities, repairs, and customer interactions in detail using service management software
Provide clear technical explanations to customers and offer recommendations for equipment optimization
Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues and elevate problems when necessary
