Metalex is looking for Helpers for its field erection teams throughout Alberta. This entry-level position requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the trade from experienced professionals. You will assist in the assembly of steel building systems and support Journeymen Iron Workers and Crew Leads on various tasks while adhering to site safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities: • Assemble and install steel building systems on-site • Safely handle and transport materials, including metal panels and insulation • Support experienced workers in layout and assembly tasks • Follow all safety protocols and perform site clean-up • Maintain accurate records of material usage and safety inspections
