Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Field Applications Specialist with a robust background in Fire and Security Products. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in networking, software and hardware troubleshooting, and customer service, paired with strong sales capabilities. This role is designed to provide technical support, deliver Lunch & Learn sessions, and ensure the optimal implementation and utilization of our communications and security solutions to our customers and end-users. In addition, the successful candidate will offer support in sales and estimation processes and Fire knowledge is an asset.The position will be responsible for overseeing operations in Quebec and ideally reside in Greater Montreal area.
