Position Overview:This position is responsible for being the face of Trans Global Service, demonstrating enthusiasm while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction!
Responsibilities
+ Provide customers with courteous and professional in-home servicing of major appliances ensuring adherence to “The Perfect Call”
+ Conduct appliance diagnostics and complete repairs
