Job Description & Requirements

You will be responsible for FF&E in all design phases(Ph1 to PH4), from the design process to project concept, branding, sourcing products, preparing sample boards, and producing specifications and schedules, including obtaining material unit cost reference information.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

• Working closely with the design team in concept and design development.
• Responsible for selecting and preparing FF&E presentation of materials and finishes.
• Coordinating with the design team in developing furniture layout, perspectives, and 2D/3D renderings.
• Working closely with Design teams to ensure designs are in accordance with contractual and the client’s agreement.
• Ensuring that project assignments are completed within the given deadline.
