We are looking for an agile and motivated sales associate passionate about the world of fashion, dedicated to customer service, and works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow through on the entire customer journey, from welcoming to the final sale, dealing with any requests or complaints.
• Stock counting and control, managing and fulfilling e-commerce deliveries, and stockroom maintenance.
• Product organization on the shop floor, as well as visual merchandising guidelines implementation to ensure store is attractive and commercial.
• To be aware of customer profiles, the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors.
• To communicate with the team about current products, merchandising changes and make suggestions regarding out-of-stock garments.
