Completing monthly development requirements for series line prints and communicating adjustments with planners and designers.
Designing original print patterns according to company brand positioning (full print and placement print).
Extending print pattern designs based on company's bestselling prints.
Conducting data analysis related to print development. Collecting print trends and planning relevant patterns.
Maintaining and organizing the pattern library.
Creating product mockups.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in garment pattern design, with a strong familiarity with resort women's wear style and expertise in printing techniques and plate‑making processes.
Proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW, along with excellent hand‑drawing skills.
