is a culturally grounded, wraparound support program for Indigenous women navigating perinatal substance use, mental health concerns, and family reunification. Core elements of the program include two Family Wellness Workers, managerial oversight, trauma‑informed counselling, Elder‑led cultural supports, and seasonal land‑based activities. Healing and Parenting Circles will offer community‑based spaces with food, childcare, and transportation provided.
