Overview

The Namgis First Nation is looking for a physician to join the Namgis Health team.

Responsibilities

• Work in clinic with 2 physicians and other health team members, including 2 community care nurses, 2 mental health workers, addictions counselors and a social worker.
• Collaborate with visiting occupational therapists, social workers, mental health professionals, intensive case managers and a midwife.
• Provide ER coverage, inpatient hospital care and long-term patient care.
• Provide care at both the clinic and hospital, located on the Namgis First Nations reserve.
