EB Medical - West Kelowna works closely with the PCN Allied Health Professionals to support the practice for improved patient care and outcome; there is an RN working in each location; excellent MOA to Physician ratio of about 1:1; payment model is by LFP payment model but alternative payment plan also acceptable; Our overhead is 80/20% or 75/25% (based on earnings).
