Family Medicine Physician Position Summary The Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive, continuous medical care to patients of all ages in an outpatient and/or inpatient setting, depending on practice structure. This role focuses on preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, and long-term patient relationships across the lifespan. Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical examinations
Diagnose and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
Deliver preventive care services, including health screenings and immunizations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Order, interpret, and document diagnostic tests and results
