STOKES LAW LLP - Calgary Family Law Associate We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Lawyer who has litigation and ADR experience to join our legal team. Preferably three (3) years or more post-call experience.

We are moving to a 4 day work week model - Monday to Thursday. You may work remotely whenever you wish.

As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various family law matters and assisting on existing files. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where we prioritize a team-based approach to files, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere.

Duties

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law matters, including divorce, parenting, high conflict litigation, ADR, support, and property division.
