The Position We are seeking an experienced associate to join our growing Family Law department in Burnaby.You will manage your own caseload across the full spectrum of family law matters (primarily in the Supreme Court of British Columbia) as well as have opportunities to second chair trials.
What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience in family law litigation in BC (estate litigation or civil litigation experience is an asset but not a requirement)
Active member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
