What you’ll do

• Serve as PIC, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations on every mission.
• Plan and execute flights under CARs 604 standards, including performance calculations, W&B, fuel strategy, weather/NOTAM analysis, and routing.
• Lead a professional, guest-centric cabin experience in partnership with a dedicated cabin attendant.
• Maintain exemplary CRM and decision-making in all operating environments.
• Coordinate with dispatch/flight support and dedicated maintenance to keep operations seamless and aircraft-ready.
• Uphold documentation accuracy, including tech logs, journey logs, and regulatory records.
• Participate in recurrent training, checking, and SMS initiatives to continually elevate safety and standards.
• Represent the operation with discretion, professionalism, and service excellence.
