Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the property, ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards
Lead and support a team responsible for maintenance, building operations, and site services
Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of operations staff
Assist in the preparation and management of annual operating and capital budgets
Coordinate both scheduled and reactive maintenance across the property
Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
Support preventative maintenance programs related to HVAC systems, energy management, environmental programs, landscaping, security, and life safety systems
Monitor building systems and operational performance to maintain efficiency and reliability
