About The Role

As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will lead and empower a dedicated team, orchestrating the seamless operations and impeccable maintenance of a vital facility. This pivotal role within our Facilities Management functional area means you'll be the strategic linchpin, mastering every aspect of asset operations and collaborating closely with the clients to inform crucial repair and investment plans that shape the future of our partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
