About This Opportunity

Lead operations for a major mission-critical facility in downtown Toronto. This Facilities Manager role requires strong mechanical systems expertise and a focus on high-reliability environments.

Join a well-established global workplace services organization as a Facilities Manager overseeing a ~1M sq ft laboratory facility designed to N+1 redundancy standards. You will manage a technically skilled team, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of HVAC and building systems, while driving solutions during system issues.
