The Facilities Maintenance Coordinator will be based at our Toronto head office and will report to the Office Manager. The role focuses on hands-on maintenance of office facilities and support of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Fire and Alarm system maintenance and monitoring
• Rooftop and rooftop patio maintenance
• Solar panel maintenance
• External cleanliness, snow removal, and wall graffiti removal
• Maintaining plants and providing general cleaning, repairs, and simple maintenance of office facilities
• Electronic and hard-copy filing and recordkeeping
• Mailing, shipping, and office opening/closing
