About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Facility Management: Oversee daily operations of office premises, including maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping.
Vendor Coordination: Manage contracts and relationships with external service providers (cleaning, security, catering, etc.).
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Space Planning: Optimize office layouts, seating arrangements, and resource allocation.
Budget Management: Monitor expenses, negotiate vendor costs, and track facility-related budgets.
Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement contingency plans for fire, medical, or security emergencies.
Sustainability Initiatives: Drive eco-friendly practices such as energy conservation and waste management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
