Reporting to the Manager of First Nations Initiatives, you'll play an essential role within a collaborative team. This position focuses on creating programs that meet the diverse needs of Yukon’s First Nations. Additionally, you will facilitate educational courses, ensuring a deep understanding of Indigenous histories and communities in the institution. Your contributions will be vital to promoting inclusion and reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities: • Design educational programming for First Nations initiatives • Facilitate the YFN 101 course on a regular basis • Collaborate with stakeholders and community partners • Integrate Indigenous knowledge within the educational framework • Assist in long-term program planning and development
