About This Opportunity

Brock Group is seeking a diligent Project Controls Administrator to enhance project financial management. This role centers on time tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
As part of your responsibilities, the Project Controls Administrator will ensure accurate payroll and billing practices while producing essential client reports. Candidates should have 5+ years of administrative experience specializing in accounting practices within construction. Strong proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel is critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accurate employee time entry for payroll
• Create daily LEMs for client approvals
• Manage billing processes according to contracts
• Facilitate preparation of specific project reports
• Assist in the reconciliation for month-end closes
