Join a dedicated team as the Experienced Payroll & HR Administrator, supporting payroll and HR operations in a small business environment. Your consistent approach will enhance employee experiences.

At Altis, you will oversee payroll for around 50 employees and assist with HR responsibilities, ensuring every detail aligns with company policies. By maintaining accurate employee records and providing benefits coordination, you will be pivotal in creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for Canadian and U.S. employees
• Track vacation and manage all payroll updates
• Assist in benefits enrollment and address employee issues
• Reconcile invoices related to payroll operations
• Provide onboarding support and maintain personnel files

Requirements:
• 5+ years of payroll administration and HR support
