The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience, emphasizing accuracy in tracking financial transactions and preparing payroll and vendor payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized vendor documentation and conducting reconciliations monthly. With a strong background in finance, you should apply your advanced MS Excel skills to handle various financial reports.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and issue invoices using QuickBooks • Monitor and manage accounting payables and receivables • Execute employee payroll preparations and vendor payments • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations regularly • Generate comprehensive financial reports on a routine basis
